Nurtured.

Supported.

Valued.

Welcome to my website.  I’m really glad that you’re here. It’s great that you’re thinking about support through the postnatal period, we aren’t meant to do this alone. I am an experienced sling consultant and postnatal doula, offering compassionate postnatal support in Surrey and West Sussex.

·      Maybe you’re wondering what life with a newborn will be like?

·      Maybe you’re thinking about how you’re going to make life work with a new baby when you’ve already got other children?

·      Maybe you have a sense that these early days aren’t just something to get through?

·      Maybe you know that nurturing and caring for yourself, allowing yourself time to rest and restore, will have a positive impact on your family way into the future?

Whether you’re welcoming your first baby or your fourth, adjusting to the shifts and changes a new life can bring takes time and it can be challenging and exhausting.

Make yourself a hot drink, get comfy and I’ll tell you a bit about myself and the support I can offer you,

K x

Your Community

A sense of community is never more important than when you start your own family, we all need the support, practical help, connection and friendship feeling part of something wider can bring.

Alongside local hypnobirthing practitioner Emma Randall Namamama I run a postnatal group in Dorking, a safe place for mothers to meet locally during their fourth trimester and beyond. We hold the motherspace weekly during term time offering mum to mum support, gentle craft activities for you, time to share and reflect and of course there’s always tea and cake. These sessions are open to all mothers, take a look at my community page for more information.
